Book four of our Travel Diaries series, Those Blue Remembered Hills is available from today, 3rd February 2025.
In a change of format from previous volumes, the new collection comprises twelve diaries of trips to places in England, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland. These are shorter trips than the 4-6 adventures covered in each of the previous Travel Diaries.
From Berwick-upon-Tweed to the Welsh mining museum Big Pit and from London in South-East England to Sligo in Western Ireland, each chapter is a personal exploration of a place and how author Glyn Williams experienced it. Whether in Dumfries or Durham, the author describes his destinations with warmth and humour.
